yep... all thanx to banana boat "ALOE"... my pain has subsided alot... met butter, jam n margerine for lunch at country manna todae... den went to srcc to use toilet... went bowling.... den went back to country manna to eat again.... haha... went town wif butter n walk ard... hehe... painful dae... hee~
